Finding the Right Printer
To produce thousands of copies of a fifteen page brochure at a rate of one page per minute with men working 24 hours a day would perhaps take over a week. But to produce the same quantity of brochures using your desktop printer would take over a decade! Clearly, desktop printing is not really an option in terms of cost, quality and speed. Hence, when you need large volumes of brochure or catalogs to be printed, it is perhaps a good idea to let the professional handle the job for you. There are, however, several things you need to consider in choosing the commercial printer for your particular print job.
Perhaps one of the things you need to consider is the kind of printing process used by the printer. Do they use offset printing or maybe digital technology? Is letterpress and screen printing also available? After you have decided on which printing process to use, you now have to determine which printer has the right equipment. Find out the number of colors they can handle, how long they can do the print job and what other equipment and services do they offer. Also, find out what kind of print job each printer specializes and what types of binding and folding equipments they use.
But aside from determining which kind of printing method and printing equipment is appropriate for you, it is also essential to know what kind of workers will work with the print job. Understand that although the printing company has the right equipment and printing technique it does not mean that the equipments and facilities will make great print jobs. Look for samples of work of these printers and focus more on their printing technique not merely on their design process. Also, look for clean colors, smooth text and focused images and graphics.
It is also a good idea to visit the printer to get a good feel of who you will be working with. And when you meet them face to face, ask them what you want to know about their service. You can ask questions such as how many presses they have and what are the capabilities of each; how long they have been in the business; what software they accepts and what kind of payment they receive. You can also ask their previous customers for feedbacks to know if they are able to meet their customer’s printing needs. It is essential to know this information ahead of time so you would not regret your choice later on. When you are able to find the right commercial printer, they will be able to make your printing job look great.

Tritium Watches – They Glow in the Dark
Tritium is both naturally occurring and man-made. It is very useful for watch dials and other displays that can be read at night.
Tritium is a radioactive isotope of the element hydrogen. The chemical symbol for hydrogen is H. Tritium, symbol H3, occurs naturally in the atmosphere from the reaction of cosmic rays and air molecules. It is also produced in nuclear reactors during production of electricity. Tritium is composed of an atom of hydrogen with one proton and 2 neutrons giving it an atomic weight of 3.
Tritium has a half-life of about 12-1/2 years. This means that 1/2 of the original amount will decay in 12-1/2 years. While this half life is relatively brief in the world of radioactive materials, this gives tritium some useful properties. Tritium when encapsulated in watches, exit signs, aircraft gauges and other applications, will glow for up to 25 years.
The radioactive decay of tritium is not dangerous to man in these applications because it emits a very weak beta particle that can be stopped by even a piece of paper. Since the tritium is encapsulated in small packets made of glass or plastic, radiation doesn’t reach the skin.
The benefits of this decay is a bright display that can easily be read at night. The light emitted is not visible during the day, but at night, the glow is very visible. This makes tritium very popular for night visibility applications. Pilots, the military, police and others like the visibility without having to press any buttons to read the display.
Several watchmakers are now using tritium displays for their displays. They have displays that far exceed the brightness of standard luminescent watch dials that require “charging” by exposure to light. These have become very popular watch styles with the general public as well as military, pilots and law enforcement.
Tritium watches come in many styles and prices. There is a style for just about anyone. Now you can tell the time in the dark and be in style at the same time.

Copyright Owners – How to Protect Your Work
Daniel Woolsey is being sentenced for felony in California. He was caught selling pirated copies of Autodesk’s AutoCAD(R) software. Additional counts for selling other pirated software, including Adobe PhotoShop, were dropped as part of a plea bargain agreement. “This case should be a wake up call to copyright violators that they can face serious consequences. Autodesk will continue to work closely with law enforcement agencies . . . to protect our valuable intellectual property . . . .” said Sandy Boulton, director of Piracy Prevention at Autodesk.
Why should photographers care about this? Because we don’t want our intellectual property – copyrights/trademarks/trade secrets – stolen from us. When we share that music file with a friend or copy Photoshop from a colleague, we are perpetuating the problem, even if it is on a small scale. Is it ok to steal a pack of gum but not a car?
Here’s what you can do to keep people from stealing your images. First, don’t steal others’ work. Stop the cycle.
Second, like the software companies, make your work difficult to steal. Don’t put large files on the web. Put a watermark on them. Track them on the web with a program such as “Digimarc.” www.digimarc.com Include a delivery memo with your photos to document what you are sending. Specifically identify the limited rights you are granting to any user. Put your name and contact info with your images. Include your copyright notice on all of your work.
Third, just like the Autodesk company above, prosecute those who steal your work. Send the message that it’s not ok to steal the gum or the car.
Take my advice, get professional help.

Deck Railings For Elegance And for Safety
The necessary accessory – Deck Railings
The deck and the railings go together. A deck without a railing is unsafe and it may even be out of the building code. If you are not following the codes for deck railings, you expose yourself to un-necessary harassment by many, particularly in society as litigious as ours. So why take chances, build the deck railings. Some times, we tend to have a lower deck railing height than the building code requires us to have. This should not be allowed.
Code On Decks And Railings
The building codes in various states are different but most of them agree that if you have a deck the is above 3 feet from the next horizontal surface, you need to have a fall protection. A wall (not necessarily brick and mortar it wall, may even be a wooden wall or PVC wall) is also acceptable, but generally, it is avoided, as wall is costly, blocks the view, has a higher weight for the same length, and does not increase safety any more than the deck railing.
Choices Available For Deck Railings
The main reason for putting up deck railings is safety, but the elegance provided by deck railings adds to the visual appeal of the building. Multicolored railings can also be used for giving a distinct look to the building. The choices of materials are aluminum, PVC, wood or even a combination of all the three, but the combination is very rarely used.
Requirement Of The Railings
When installing the railing, the two important to keep in mind are,
1. Height of railing: The height of the railings should be as directed by the code for the type of material you are using. The height requirement may be given in the code of your city or the state. In general, the height is never less than 30 inches.
2. Construction of the railings: A railing would have posts at specific intervals directed by the building code in your city and depending on the material, you intend to use for the deck railing. The design will be based on the strength of the material used. A deck railing would have a bottom rail a top rail and the verticals. The verticals should be so spaced that a child cannot slip through it. A bottom rail is used for making it elegant and keeping the costs down. A vertical will otherwise to be anchored to the ground. The top rail may be a single one or two within a distance of about 6″. If two railings are provided, it gives you additional strength and the lower rail becomes a convenient place to attach the verticals.

Speaking in Tongues
It is virtually impossible to argue that the Bible does not
support speaking in tongues. The phenomenon may be
vastly over-rated, and wrongly equated with spiritual
superiority (or even touted as a necessity for salvation), but
there can be no denying that it is a valid gift from God, and
that it was widely practised by early Christians. So rather
than condemn it, let’s try to get it into perspective with other
New Testament truths.
One argument is over whether or not speaking in tongues
was only the miraculous ability to speak in another known
language, or whether it could also be an experience of
totally unintelligible gibberish… a “heavenly language”
known only by God. It sounds like a serious point of
disagreement. But when you think about it — if you were to
speak fluent Swahili for the first time in your life (never
having heard it before), it would still be “unintelligible
gibberish” to you when you first started doing it. It would take
much the same faith for you to speak that gibberish as it
takes to speak what some call a “heavenly language”. The
real test in either case would be whether or not you were
willing to risk making a fool of yourself in obedience to the
promptings of God’s Spirit.
The desire to have all that we say and do firmly under the
control of our conscious mind often overlooks the possibility
that God may have a different picture of things than what we
have. “My ways are not your ways,” says God. (Isaiah 55:9)
And the only way to make them our ways is for us to learn to
let go of what is presently “our way”. Speaking in tongues is
an exercise which points us in that direction. It allows God to
take control of at least that one area of our lives.
We have often said that the biggest barrier to hearing from
God is just our unwillingness to let go of our natural
understanding — based too often on traditions, emotions,
and prejudices. Speaking in tongues is an exercise
(whether the tongues are known languages or not) that
tests our ability to let go of a certain amount of “control” and
yield ourselves to the leadings of God’s Spirit. It is humbling
to start talking nonsense, and to trust God to direct us in
something about which we have no formal education to act
as our guide.
Yah-bah-woobee-doo! God doesn’t care what the words are.
What matters is the spirit behind the sounds. Are you
expressing love to God? thanksgiving for the gift of life? grief
at the death of a loved one? passion for lost souls? Anger at
the injustices of a greedy selfish world? remorse at your
own sinfulness? In each case, what matters is the
sentiment, and not your choice of words. The Spirit itself
makes intercession for us with “groanings which cannot be
uttered.” (Romans 8:26) Sure, on the human level people
would be shocked if we talked gibberish to them. But God,
who knows the secrets of our hearts, does not need poetry
and flattery. He is not impressed with our grasp of the
English (or any other) language. He seeks only a humble
and contrite heart, fully open and transparent before him.
To pray in tongues is to pray in the spirit. The spirit (or
sentiment that you are expressing) is the important thing.
Setting aside our concerns about grammatical correctness
and diplomatic choice of words can help us to touch the
emotions of those with whom we seek to communicate,
whether it be God or our next door neighbour. And if we can
learn to do this in our communion with God, it will soon
affect our communication with everyone.
Speaking in tongues is an experience or baptism of the
emotions. We jump in and submerge ourselves in
emotional expression. Forget the words. Just express the
feeling.
Yes, it has been abused. Some feelings have been less
than Christian too. And some worshippers have begun to
worship the feeling rather than using it to worship the
Creator. But none of this disproves the need to marry
emotional content with rational content in order to become
more effective communicators. (And apostles, prophets,
evangelists, pastors, and teachers are all communicators.)
There are more important things than feelings, but without
feelings life (and our communication) can be pretty dull.
Obviously in marriage faithfulness is more important than a
torrid sex life. But if you leave out sex altogether, faithfulness
becomes a pretty dry duty. As long as we realise that
feelings are not the most important thing, there is nothing
wrong (and there is much that is right) about incorporating a
lot more feeling into all that we do.
Something about the tongues experience makes people
capable of communicating in a dimension unknown to the
pre-tongues world. The strongest opponents of the
charismatics must admit that they have had a powerful
impact on the world — that they are, on the whole, powerful
communicators. Often irrational and even heretical maybe,
but powerful nonetheless.
Speaking in tongues is usually linked with an experience of
God’s Holy Spirit. The ultimate representation of God’s Spirit
is in the teachings of Jesus. Jesus said, “The words that I
speak unto you, they are Spirit and they are Life.” (John 6:63)
Speaking in tongues can help us to communicate the
emotional content of those words.
The Bible says that when we have received God’s Spirit, we
will become powerful “witnesses” for him. So what happens
between you and God, in the secret place of prayer, will
affect your ability to proclaim the truth to the general public
outside the secret place. From the “heavenly language” will
come greater skill in your earthly communication.
The Bible says the disciples actually preached in known
languages on the day of Pentecost… languages that they
had not known before. Why isn’t that happening today? We
don’t have full answers for that. Some claim that there have
been isolated incidents where known languages were
miraculously spoken. However, as we have found with most
miracles, there are an infinite number of gradations
between what could be considered miraculous and what
could be regarded as natural. We have noted this, too, with
regard to language learning and the movings of the Holy
Spirit.
For example, if you are surrounded (for some time) by
people who speak German (and if you have never spoken
German before), and then you begin to pray in tongues, you
will almost certainly find yourself using sounds that are
somewhat German. Whether they actually mean anything in
German is not important. What is important is that you are
beginning to speak German in the way that babies learn
their first language. You are “playing with” the sounds that
are peculiar to that language. This form of play will give you
greater confidence when you do actually attempt to
communicate in a language which you may also be
studying with your normal mental skills. How much of your
ability comes from the classroom, and how much comes
from your prayer life is not worth arguing about. The real
point is not whether we can capture a miracle and put it in a
box, but rather it is whether or not you are growing in your
ability to go into all the world and preach the good news of
Jesus.
So how do you do it? And how can you know that you are not
being deceived into something that is not actually from
God?
The answer to the first question is that you just wipe your
mind blank with regard to language, and you concentrate on
the feeling of what you want to say, and you then let sounds
come out of your mouth. Try not to even listen to the sounds
yourself. Just focus on the feeling you are trying to express.
That feeling will begin to come through the sounds as well,
so that someone with the gift of interpretation would be able
to tell almost instantly something about the emotion that is
being expressed.
And the answer to the second question is that you are no
more likely to be led astray while speaking in tongues than
you would be in anything else that you do. In fact, one of the
greatest deceptions of the devil is the deception that we are
infallible in our ability to tell good from evil. Ultimately, we
are dependent on God to “deliver us from evil” in every
situation, and we need to be asking for that deliverance
whether we are listening to a sermon, preaching a sermon,
or speaking in tongues.
Jesus said that if you ask your father for a fish ( a symbol for
Jesus), he will not give you a snake (a symbol for the devil).
And he follows that same statement up with this one: “How
much more will your heavenly Father give his Holy Spirit to
those who ask?” (Luke 11:11-13)
The deception that has taken over charismatic circles did
not come from their willingness to yield control of their
minds and hearts to God. In fact, it came from just the
opposite. If they were greedy before speaking in tongues,
they were greedy afterwards. If they were full of lust before,
they were full of lust afterwards. The deception came when
they felt that an emotional experience could take the place of
faithful obedience to the rest of what Jesus taught.
Right in the middle of St. Paul’s discourse on tongues is
that beautiful chapter on love (I Corinthians 13). It begins,
“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and
have not charity (love), I am become as sounding brass and
a tinkling cymbal.” In other words, speaking in tongues
without a genuine love for God and others will end up being
nothing but a lot of noise.
These words come from the same man who said, “I wish
that you all spoke in tongues, even as I speak in tongues.”
He recognised the benefits of the gift, but he also knew that
the tool was only as good as the heart of the receiver.
Paul also said that he would rather that we could all
prophesy. In other words, there is not a competition
between the prophets and the tongues talkers (Paul wants
us to be able to do both.) but if there were, it would be the
prophets, or the forth-tellers of the truth, who would win. And
for that reason, we have not promoted tongues to the extent
that most Pentecostals have.
But neither have we resisted it. Speaking in tongues will add
to the effectiveness of whatever spirit now controls you. If
you are preaching lies, it will make you a more effective liar.
But if you are preaching the truth, it will make you a more
effective preacher of the truth. By all means, preach the truth.
But do so in the most effective way possible.
After all, why should the devil have all the best tools?

Get a new home with bkr loan, 465949 euro is not a problem
But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 7 percent offered by competitors will change.
In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.
In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 9 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.
Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 7 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 10 percentage.
Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 7 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. See which lenders are charging fees 10 percent and for how much. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.
So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 6 percent. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 4 percent. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 3 percent. Different lenders charge different fees. Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin.

Free Email Accounts – Pros and Cons
Free email accounts are great if you want to hide your identity. They are great to sign up for free stuff. They are also very popular for SPAM emails and due to this they also filter too many non-spam emails as well. Ever wondered why you haven’t heard from a friend lately. All a sudden no more emails, not even the forwarded jokes. Your friend just disappeared and you scratching your head what you have done to tick him/her off.
Your friend didn’t disappear, only his/her emails are disappearing. No notice, no error message, nothing, the email simply disappeared. The bad news is, there’s not much you can do about it. On the other hand you can still enjoy the free emails if you switch to a lesser know email provider. Besides the big 3 Hotmail, Yahoo and Google, here’s a list of smaller providers of free email services.
Email Accounts For Business Purpose
Did you know that with every web hosting service you will also get enough email accounts to last forever? Not only will an email address that ends in @yourdomain.com show your professional approach to your online business it also gives you great control over what messages you want to receive and which ones you want to filter.
I set up my emails into multiple accounts for business purposes. These accounts have a very tight SPAM filter. I also have a couple of accounts for newsletter sign up purposes where I don’t filter at all. Yes I get a lot of SPAM there as well, but these accounts are set up to receive everything. The nice side effect of having many email addresses when you running an online business is that you can test your email campaign beforehand.
Instead of guessing if your response rate to an email campaign is due to the SPAM filters or your headline simply sucks. You have piece of mind that your emails will make it to your prospects, but apparently your headline is more or less a turn off.
One important factor of advertising your business is the name recognition. Even people don’t remember your web site address they probably remember your name. Unfortunately the chances to get your name as a domain name in the .com name space are slim to none. Most of the other name spaces are filling quickly. The good news is that there’s a new name space just released, .ws, but you need to hurry up. Although it is fairly new, domain names are going fast and the longer you wait the less are your chances to get your personal domain name.

Who Cares What You Think
“I hate pop-ups!”
“Audio that starts on a website without warning is annoying.”
“What’s with these 15-20 page sales letters that just go on and on? I would never buy anything from a site like that.”
“I hate those websites that make me give their email address before giving me any information. When I see those, I click away immediately.”
And the list of complaints goes on.
If we hate these things, plus our website visitors and marketing peers tell us they hate these things, we should stop using them, right?
Hold it right there. Basing your marketing decision completely on opinions and preferences is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. It doesn’t matter if it’s your opinion or if 10 people emailed you to tell you that your website annoys them. NEVER make a judgment based on an opinion. What we think and prefer has nothing to do with the RESULTS of our marketing.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying to ignore your gut feelings or disregard your potential customers. I’m saying – test it out.
We know everyone hates pop-ups, but the fact is they work when used effectively.
Audio that starts when you visit a website can be highly irritating, but many website owners report increased conversions when they do just that.
Long sales letters can be very effective when selling an individual product…just ask world-class copywriter Michel Fortin who has helped people sell millions online.
I also know someone who runs a 7-figure yearly business and has switched all his websites to the name-squeeze (you know, those idiotic pages that ask for your name and email before giving you any info?)…and he makes more money now.
Does this mean you must blindly use these “irritating techniques”? Nah…your business is unique and you need to base your decisions on cold hard facts (i.e. your testing data) so you can make more cold hard cash.

Plan before buying rose bushes
So, you have decided to plant rose bushes in your yard or on your patio, porch or balcony. Now all you have to do is go out and buy some bushes and plant them. Right? Wrong!!
There are several things that you have to decide before buying:
1. Where are you planning on planting?
2. Are you going to plant in the ground or in containers?
3. Do you want roses that are scented or unscented?
4. Do you want bushes, trees, climbers, vining or do you want them to grow into a hedge?
5. Do you want large, medium, small or miniature blooms?
6. Do you want roses for cutting?
7. What colors go best with your garden, patio, porch or balcony?
There are several types of roses, among them are:
Hybrid teas bloom frequently, are hardy, come in a wide range of colors, are well sented and are good for cutting for vases. The size of the blooms and the length of the stem depends on how they are pruned. They make the best long stem roses for cutting.
Hybrid perpetuals are seldom planted today as they have a limited color range and normally bloom less frequently. They are, however, quite hardy and have large well scented blooms. The “American Beauty” rose is from this category.
Grandifloras are a cross between hybrid teas and floribundas. The flowers are the same size and shape as hybrid teas, however they usually have an abundance of blooms on each stem. These roses are very popular for growing in containers.
Floribundas have slightly smaller flowers but are hardier, have a longer growing season in cold climates and yeild large numbers of flowers.
Polyanthas are small averaging just 18 inches in height. They are very hardy and produce large clusters of small flowers.
Miniatures average between 6 and 12 inches in height, carry small one inch or less blooms, are hardy and require little care. These make very good balcony container roses.
Climbers come in several types, Ramblers which are hardy, fast growing and can develope canes up to 20 feet long. Pillars are slower growing upright palnts that are well suited for growing on posts. Trailers are low growing easy to maintain plants good for covering banks and walls. Large Flowered Climbers are slower growing but have more showey flowers and are good for growing against fences and low walls. Hybrid Teas , Floribundas and Polyanthas can sometimes become climbers and have the same characteristics as the bushes.
Tree Roses can be developed from any type of rose. They are made by grafting a bush onto a long thick trunk. These look great on a patio or porch.
Shrub Roses are normally small, hardy fairly continuesly blooming bushes that can be used as hedge (hedges can grow to 5 or 6 feet and provide inexpensive privacy and color), thicket and trellis (trellis roses can add a beautiful accent to a yard or home entryway and can be made into an arch) roses. There are even varieties that can be used as ground cover on embankments or planted in hanging pots.
Today roses come in hundreds of varieties with new varieties being developed every year and in an almost limitless number of colors and color variations. It has been my experience, however, that usually the darker the color the heavier the scent. Most white roses seem to have no scent at all.
If you choose the right roses for the right place you can add beauty and elegance to any garden, patio, porch or balcony without spending large amounts of money or time.
